Escentric 02 contains 13.5% ambroxan, the maximum concentration that can be dissolved in a fragrance before the ambroxan begins to crystallize. This high dosage enhances the mineral notes and creates a composition that is complemented by hedione (green jasmine), a refreshing gin-and-tonic accord and a hint of the Austrian lemonade Almdudler. The result is a freshness that lingers into the drydown and is accompanied by a subtle sensuality.
The top note opens with a sparkling blend of Almdudler, juniper berry, mandarin, lime and bergamot. The heart of the fragrance features spicy and floral notes of ginger, freesia, clary sage, pink pepper, hedione and orris root. The base is rounded off by the warm, sensual scent of muscone (musk), AMBROXAN™, vetiver and tonka bean.
