You can easily register a return HERE within 14 days of receipt, using the e-mail address from your order. Alternatively, you have the option of registering the return by sending an informal email to shop@newtakefive.com. We will send you your return label directly afterwards.

Returns are always free for you. We conveniently arrange return shipping via Austrian Post.

France, Italy, Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary
For these countries, we can arrange discounted return shipping via a flat rate (6.90 – 13.90 €) through our shipping partners upon request.
Return shipping is free for purchases over 800.00 €.
If you would like to take advantage of this offer, simply write to us at shop@newtakefive.com. You can also arrange the return yourself via a provider of your choice.

We are currently unable to offer a flat-rate return shipping option in these countries. Returns can be processed through us or a carrier of your choice.
Return shipping is free for purchases over 800.00 €. Our customer service will be happy to help you arrange the easiest and most cost-effective option in your country.

United Kingdom, USA
For these regions, we will arrange return shipping via DHL Express. Return shipping is subject to a fee. Please feel free to inquire about return shipping costs in advance with our customer service. Import duties, taxes and fees are covered by us; in case of a return, these charges are non-refundable as they are charged and retained by the local authorities.
Free exchanges
If you only wish to exchange your item for a different size or model, please contact our customer service team at shop@newtakefive.com or by phone / WhatsApp on +43 676 4308585. We will be happy to reserve your desired alternative for you. As soon as we have received your return, we will send your exchange immediately and free of charge. No new order or payment is necessary for this - we will take care of everything else for you.
We are always available for you, even outside our business hours.
How to get your return label
After registering the return, you will receive the shipping label directly by e-mail. You can register via this link using the e-mail address from your order or by sending a brief, informal e-mail to shop@newtakefive.com. For USA & United Kingdom please contact our customer service.
Return period
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the order - in the original unworn condition, in the original packaging and with all accessories. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to notify us of the return within this period.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and checked, the amount will be refunded in full on the same working day. The transfer time depends on the selected payment method and your bank.

Right of Withdrawal
Return conditions
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. This does not apply to items that are no longer in their original condition or items with missing original accessories or original labels.
Your declaration of revocation is automatic if you return the items within the period and as stated above.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal (notification of return) before the withdrawal period of 14 days has expired.
Please note: In the event of a return (excluding certain exceptions), you are responsible for the return costs, unless the shipment is made within Austria or from Germany.
For returns from abroad (excluding Austria and Germany), we are happy to organize the return shipment with one of our shipping partners for you on request. In this case, we will initially cover the shipping costs and, depending on the country of origin, deduct the smallest possible amount agreed in advance from the refund after receipt of the return shipment.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the goods. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
For deliveries to the USA and the United Kingdom, the following applies: Possible import duties, taxes and fees included in the price do not constitute payments that we received from you, as they are collected and retained by the local authorities, and are therefore non-refundable in case of withdrawal/return.
We may refuse repayment until we have demonstrably received the goods back.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract (by registering the return). The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. This does not apply to shipments within Austria and from Germany.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
