Returns & exchanges

Thank you for shopping in our online boutique. We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If this is not the case, you can return it within 14 days of receipt or alternatively make use of our free exchange service.

Returns

You can register a return at any time within 14 days of receipt by sending an informal e-mail to shop@newtakefive.com. Alternatively, you have the option of logging into your account here and easily requesting a return for the desired order online. As soon as we have received your return, we will refund the full amount directly to you without delay.

The following overview shows you which options are available for your region.

Return conditions by region

Austria
Returns are free of charge for you. We organize the return shipment conveniently via Austrian Post.

Germany
Returns are free of charge for you. We organize the return shipment via DHL / Deutsche Post.

France, Italy, Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary
For these countries, we can organize a discounted return shipment (6.90 - 13.90 €) via our shipping partner on request.
If you would like to take advantage of this offer, simply write to us at shop@newtakefive.com. You can of course also organize the return yourself via a provider of your choice.

All other EU countries
We currently have no local shipping partners in these countries. The return shipment can be made via a provider of your choice. Our customer service will be happy to help you find the easiest and most cost-effective option in your country.

Return label

If your parcel does not yet include a return label or address label, you will receive one immediately after registering your return. Please see the Returns section for more details.

Exchange

If you only wish to exchange your item for a different size or model, please contact our customer service team at shop@newtakefive.com or by phone / WhatsApp on +43 676 4308585. We will be happy to reserve your desired alternative for you. As soon as we have received your return, we will send your exchange immediately and free of charge. No new order or payment is necessary for this - we will take care of everything else for you.

We are always available for you, even outside our business hours.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (B&G Profer GmbH, Rosengasse 15, 9900 Lienz, Austria, shop@newtakefive.com, Phone: +43 676 4308585) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an e-mail). You can use the sample withdrawal form attached below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Please note: In the case of a return without an exchange, you are responsible for the return costs, unless the shipment is made within Austria or from Germany.
For returns from abroad (excluding Austria and Germany), an address label is enclosed with every order, which you can use to return your parcel conveniently and inexpensively to a shipping company of your choice. We are also happy to organize the return shipment for you with one of our shipping partners on request. In this case, we will initially cover the shipping costs and, depending on the country of origin, deduct the smallest possible amount agreed in advance from the refund after receipt of the return shipment.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. This does not apply to shipments within Austria and from Germany.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
