Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping in our online boutique. We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If this is not the case, you can return it within 14 days of receipt or, alternatively, make use of our free exchange service.

Returns
You can register a return at any time within 14 days of receiving your order by sending an informal e-mail to shop@newtakefive.com. Alternatively, you have the option of logging into your account here and requesting a return online for the desired order. As soon as we have received your return, we will refund the full amount directly to you without delay.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your items for a different size or model, please contact our customer service at shop@newtakefive.com or by phone or WhatsApp at +43 676 4308585 to reserve your desired alternative. As soon as we have received and processed your return, your exchange will be dispatched immediately and free of charge. No new order or payment is necessary for this - we will take care of everything else for you.

We are always happy to assist you personally – even outside of our regular opening hours.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (B&G Profer GmbH, Rosengasse 15, 9900 Lienz, Austria, shop@newtakefive.com, Phone: +43 676 4308585) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g.an e-mail). You can use the sample withdrawal form attached below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Please note that in the event of a return from outside of Austria (without an exchange), the return costs must be borne by the customer. An address label is enclosed with every order, which you can use to return your parcel conveniently and inexpensively with any shipping company of your choice. We are also happy to organize the return shipment for you with one of our shipping partners on request. In this case, we will initially cover the shipping costs and, depending on the country of origin, deduct the lowest possible amount agreed in advance from the refund after receipt of the return shipment.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. This does not include return shipments within Austria.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
