Shipping within Austria:
- Free Premium Shipping (1 to 2 business days) within Austria.
- Free Returns in Austria regardless of the order value.

DHL Express: Next working day delivery for orders placed by 11:00 a.m. Price will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping to Germany:
- Free Premium Shipping on orders with a total value above 200€ (2 to 4 working days).
- For orders under 200€ the shipping fee is 6,90€.
- Free Returns in Germany regardless of the order value.
- DHL Express: Next working day delivery for orders placed by 11:00 a.m. Price will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping to all other EU countries:
- Free Shipping on orders with a total value above 200€ within the EU (2 to 5 working days).
- For orders under 200€ the shipping fee is 8,90€.
- DHL Express: Delivery within 1–2 working days for orders placed by 11:00 a.m. Price will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping to USA & United Kingdom:
- DHL Express: Delivery within 1–3 working days for orders placed by 11:00 a.m. Price will be calculated at checkout. Taxes & duties included.
- Returns will be organized via DHL Express upon request and are subject to charge. You are welcome to enquire about the estimated return costs in advance by contacting our customer service team.
