To ensure that your order arrives in time for the holidays, we have compiled all relevant order deadlines for you. Here you will find the recommended cut-off dates for Austria, Germany and the rest of the EU.

Even after these deadlines have passed, it may still be possible to receive your order on time by December 24.

We always do our best to ship all orders without any delays; for delivery times, we are guided by the information provided by our shipping partners.

Order Deadlines by Region

Austria

Standard shipping: Order by Friday, December 19, 12:00 CET latest.

Express delivery: Order by Monday, December 22, 10:00 CET latest.

Please note: Even after these deadlines, timely delivery by December 24 may still be possible.

Germany

Standard shipping: Order by Wednesday, December 17, 12:00 CET latest.

Express delivery: Order by Friday, December 19, 11:00 CET latest.

Extended exchanges until 05.01.26

All orders from November 26 to December 25 can be exchanged free of charge up to and including January 5, 2026 - for any product - or for an unlimited gift voucher that can be used for the entire range.

Valid for items that are returned unworn, in their original condition and with all tags and accessories.

For refunds of the purchase price, our standard return period still applies.
